I’ve just watched author Emily Fletcher talk about how to save the world (thank you Emily!!) And it’s given me food for thought. Why am I not meditating? I know that I should be. I want to be. But I haven’t quite started yet. Emily has reminded me – the stakes are high and the time is now.

- To become more calm and patient (what mum doesn’t want to be more patient?!)
- To be present (and stop missing the magic)
